"I first met Clare when she was a trustee of the Wimbledon Windmill. Through that contact Clare was integral in writing and securing a Heritage Lottery Fund grant to repair and restore the Windmill which is owned by the Wimbledon and Putney Commons Conservators (WPCC) a registered charity.
